Vasant Bhai took the extra effort & the risk to go for that kind of marquee Project & marquee Clientele. It’s extremely rare to find a Project which has more than 450 square feet deck in every flat. First feeling that we get when we enter the Building is very soothing, very smooth, the very reason would be the natural materials & the incorporation of the Nature that is within, the kind of mixture of indoor plants & the plants which require direct sun light.… the natural stones, the turkish stones that they have used in the periphery, all these things are very beautifully done, very thoughtfully done.. The gold finish of the fenestration that they have achieved its rarely seen in any of the projects, where you get such finishes by default.
The ceiling height they've given in the flats — even in the saleable ones is just excellent. They could’ve easily added another floor by limiting the height a little, but they didn’t compromise at all. The window sizes, the openness everything has been done thoughtfully and beautifully. Honestly, I never thought in my life that I’d be the owner of such a beautiful and spacious flat.
This is the only place we had seen which had a garden (option) in the House. Having a morning tea or cup of coffee… even on holidays, when you spend a couple of hours reading a book or something, it gives you a feeling that you are on a holiday & not in Mumbai.
